The duration of this service package is 30 days and starts at $2,200.

Contingency Recruiting Service

Our Contingency Recruiting Service is ideal for clients with multiple openings for the same position. This recruiting service means that your team can continue their search for candidates and we’ll work with you to cast an even broader net.

  • Online Advertising

  • Resume Review

  • Passive Candidate Search

  • Phone Screen with TBR

This is the package of choice for companies who are seeking a partner in their hiring process and want to save time by seeing only the best of the best candidates.

This service doesn’t end until the position is filled.  The fee is 15-25% of the hiree’s first-year salary depending on position. Payments are broken into 3 parts. Deposit, payment one due on our placements 30th day of employment and payment two due on their 90th day of employment.
