Kristen Dressler

Owner, President

Kristen loves talking with business owners and hiring managers to get to the heart of what they need in a job candidate and to help them identify what makes their company a unique place to work. Kristen loves asking questions.

Day in and day out, Kristen works with her team to find qualified candidates that have the personality, skills, and aptitudes required for the position and match the unique culture of the employer. Her classic line is “Recruiting is like match making but less romantic.”

Kristen also loves educating clients. She believes in keeping clients up to speed regarding the temperature of the current job market and industry competition as well as the best ways to attract the most qualified and fitting candidates.

Kristen is passionate about organizational health and leadership. As the labor market tightened, she saw that small businesses needed an additional layer of support to build great teams. In 2021, she launched Team Builder Training with the goal of improving company culture, building team unity, providing valuable training, and improving retention. Current TBT services include DISC Workshops and The Business Leaders Connection, a peer group for business owners. But there is lots more in the works!

Kristen's favorite book that she recommends relentlessly is The Ideal Team Player by Patrick Lencioni.

Fun fact: Kristen has a Master of Education in School Counseling, but ironically, has never worked a single day in a school. She realized early on that she had a bent for business and was fascinated by career development. She took a winding path that led to a career in recruiting and has thoroughly enjoyed the journey.
